East Coast Constructions is a building company located on the Central Coast of NSW and has been in business for over 25 years. Owned by Master Builder Alan Orchard, East Coast Constructions builds new homes, units and town houses in Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle. In addition East Coast Constructions have experience in commercial development including building a school and renovating hotels.

The architecturally designed home shown above is located in Hardys Bay on the Central Coast. It was designed and built for a family of 5 and makes use of fibre cement cladding which aided in reducing the construction cost without compromising on aesthetics. The home was built on a sloping block with a Northerly aspect overlooking the water.

The renovated home shown below started out as a small 30 square metre cottage at Hardys Bay. It was purchased for its spectacular views of the Brisbane Water. It is now a large luxury home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuites), 2 balconies, a large open plan living area, a separate multi-level pavilion containing a 2 car garage and an office on the upper level and a concrete in-ground swimming pool. East Coast Constructions managed the entire project.
